Track from your shipping email
- Find your shipping confirmation or shipping update email from Chezhian. Check your spam or promotions folder if you can't find it.
- Open the order-status or tracking link in that email.
- View your shipment details. If prompted, verify your email address or phone number to access your order.

You can also sign in to your customer account and select the order you want to track.
Track with your carrier
If your shipment includes a CJPacket or other carrier tracking link, follow the link in your shipping email or order-status page. If the carrier asks for a tracking number, copy the number shown with your shipment and enter it on the carrier's website.

Tracking information may not appear until the carrier scans your parcel. If your order ships in separate packages, check each shipment's tracking link.
